Happy fourth of July friends and family. We are happy to announce that we now call Lemoyne, PA home. Since we last wrote we have moved out of one house and into another. The move went very smoothly, even if the movers had their own definition for "speedily" loading and unloading. We survived for almost a week with no internet access. We had cable internet at our last house and DSL was installed at the new one. However the previous pastor's family that lived here accidentally took the DSL modem with them when they moved out and we just got it back yesterday. We made a couple of trips to the local Panera Bread to use their wi-fi and check e-mail, but had no time to update the blog.
Our sea of boxes managed to get packed, loaded, and moved and we are gradually unpacking them to turn a house into a home. Heather is preparing for her first Sunday in a new pulpit. Scott is busy putting together IKEA furniture and helping to organize the house.
Carolyn and Joey are still trying to decide what to think of our new digs, but after a rocky first night here last week, Carolyn seems to be settling in nicely. It has taken Joey a little longer, but he is starting to be back to his old self again.
Sorry no pictures this time, but next time we promise to include a new picture of the family and a picture of our sweet girl.
