Glami Cami

Carolyn certainly has had a big week. On Tuesday, 2 months after she was born, Heather went back to work. Carolyn's new schedule is bed at about 9pm. She usually sleeps until between 3 and 5 when she wakes up, eats, has a diaper change and goes back to sleep. Mommy gets up around 6:30 or 7 and depending on what time Carolyn was up she gets up and eats around 7 or 7:30. The girls then head to the office about 9. Carolyn comes to work too. She hangs out in her bouncer and takes a nap or two while mommy works on her sermon and anything else she has to do. We head home around 1 or so. Carolyn then gets her gym time while mommy sits on the floor beside her and does e-mail. Each day will have a bit different schedule, but most of the time Carolyn will be with mommy.

We survived Carolyn's first round of shots at her 2 month well-baby visit. It was actually more traumatic for mommy than for Carolyn. She's up to 9lbs 8oz and is now 21 1/2 inches long. Way to grow. The Dr says she is in excellent health.

Carolyn doesn't like the brightness of being outside, so mommy got her a pair of sunglasses. When they stay on her face she is absolutely adorable. Heather's friend and colleague, Jenny, nicknamed her "Glami Cami" since she is so glamorous wearing them.
