Before and after...

Friday was a big day at our house. Scott had to work and it was Heather's day off. After Heather and Carolyn finally got moving they made a trip to take Joey to "The Puppy Parlor", the local dog groomer. The groomer, Jeremy, is a very nice guy. Joey is very comfortable with him; and, Jeremy does a really good job on Joey's hair. Here is a before and an after shot.

We've been car shopping. After a year of tossing around the idea of getting a new car due to some problems with Scott's Blazer and then two months of trying to pack the three of us in Heather's Toyota Corolla, we finally decided to do something about our car situation. After much discussion we decided to upgrade to a bigger car for Heather. The corolla is going to be handed down to Heather's youngest brother. On Friday after the girls picked up Joey from his hair cut the dealership that we'd been working with called to say that our car was ready to go. After Scott got home from work, we went in checked it all out and signed the papers. Heather drove home, her new to her, 2007 Saturn Vue. It is silver in color. Due to the size change, its going to take some getting used to, but it has a very smooth ride. (By the way: Stephen if you're reading this, take care of my baby!!! But enjoy her too.)
