Little Schroeder...

Life is still pretty crazy here in the McAllister household. It seems that just as we think life is getting back to "normal" everything revs up again. The eternal question being posed to us at the moment is... "Are you all unpacked?" The answer... The essentials are unpacked and we are balancing trying to have a life and family time with unpacking the rest of our stuff.

As I write, Scott has ventured off to photograph a baseball game (the Lancaster Barnstormers) and Carolyn is practicing her skills as a budding brass player (whether it will be baritone, tuba, trombone, trumpet, french horn we'll let you know). Joey has definitely had enough of the rasberries and such coming out of the little princess's mouth as he just ran off to go upstairs.

I guess the biggest news is our sweet pea is 15lbs 10 oz, and 26 inches long as of her 6month appointment today.

She has graduated from thin cereal to thick (she likes it thick) and to trying Sweet Potatoes and Carrots. Tomorrow we move on to green vegetables.

She continues to grow and change and interact with her world as well. Two weeks ago (we're really behind in posting) she started staying in a sitting up position if we put her down sitting up. She is quite the little Schroeder as she plays her tap and tune piano.

Sorry the video is so short, the camera battery died as we were filming.

Those are the major highlights for now.

Blessings and peace...

Heather,
Your little sweetie is so precious!! Congratulations!!! Enjoy every precious moment you have- they change so much, so fast and every moment is better and better! We're getting ready to have our third and I cannot believe how quickly time has flown with our 4 and 2 year olds!

She is a cutie! Glad that you guys are doing well. Baby Ryan will be right behind Carolyn so it will be fun to watch them grow.
